Product DescriptionProtexx-Shield® 3100 is a customized, flexible, highly efficient thermal barrier specifically designed as anti-propagation protection within EV battery pack. Product is an engineered composite structure that acts as gap filler and provides thermal insulation and electrical insulation. The composite structure allows for clean parts reducing any risk of contamination.
Protexx-Shield 3100 is constructed of mineral fiber that provides thermal insulation during a thermal runaway event to prevent modules from coming in contact with each other. Protexx-Shield 3100 can be provided with customized labeling to provide part traceability. -
