  • Product Description
    FyreJacket® Aerospace is a thickwall braided fiberglass sleeving coated with specially compounded silicone rubber. FyreJacket is intended to slide on easily over a variety of hoses and expand readily to go over fittings and couplings. The specially formulated silicone rubber coating has excellent shedding properties.

    FyreJacket is used to protect hoses and hose assemblies, tubing, piping, and cables from exposure up to +260°C (+500°F) and from molten splash and welding sparks. Aerospace grade FyreJacket will withstand short term flame exposure to +1093°C (+2000°F) when installed on a hose assembly qualified to SAE Aerospace Standard 1055*. Aerospace FyreJacket is packaged in random lengths, with minimum lengths no shorter than 15 feet.

    FyreJacket 1650 provides the highest level of protection from Thermal Runaway along with repeatable, reliable and fast installation times. This superior product gives the end user confidence the best solution is in use.
