  • Product Description
    FlexGuard® 2139 is a highly flexible, expandable sleeving that is both lightweight and rugged. Because it expands up to three times its own diameter, FlexGuard 2139 is easy to apply and one size fits many applications. The material construction permits drainage, prevents condensation, and the tight weave structure provides extreme abrasion resistance. FlexGuard 2139 is engineered to maintain a round profile which facilitates installation.

    FlexGuard 2139 provides mechanical protection for various hoses, wire harnesses, and other critical components requiring maximum abrasion protection. Featuring a dual monofilament construction, FlexGuard 2139 blends larger nylon monofilament guard strands with PET/polyester support strands. This carefully calculated mix provides an excellent balance of key features including: flexibility, expandability, abrasion resistance, and self recovery. These features optimize the handling properties of the sleeve and assure a longer service life for the protected component.
